Devon Childrens Service Directory (DISC)

DISC is the Family Information Service for Devon. We are the main source of useful information for parents and carers of 0-19 year olds, including registered childcare and other services and support for children, young people and parents in Devon.

DISC is Devon's family information service.

Devon has a duty to ensure that all parents have access to high quality, accurate and timely information.

The information falls within two key categories:

1. Information about childcare.
Ofsted supplies data to DISC about all registered childcare in Devon. DISC is the only service in Devon to receive this data and make it available to parents.

2. Information about other services and facilities which may be of benefit to parents, prospective parents, children or young people.

You can access the information by searching the Family Information Directory or by calling 0345 155 1013.

DISC runs a brokerage service for anyone having difficulty finding or arranging the childcare they need.
