You have the right to feel safe.

Plymouth Domestic Abuse Service (PDAS) offers a wide range of advice and support for men, women and children in Plymouth who are victims of, or affected by, domestic abuse in the Plymouth area.

We can help you to make informed decisions about your safety, health, housing and other concerns - whether you are in the process of leaving a relationship, wish to stay or have left already.

Regular one-to-one support sessions in a safe and non-judgemental environment will allow you to talk in confidence about your feelings and concerns. We also have emergency accommodation for you and your children (if applicable), including a refuge which accommodates 11 families and/or individuals and 13 safe houses.

We also offer a series of workshops:
Freedom is a 12-session programme in a group environment, which examines society’s shared beliefs and looks at the tactics a perpetrator may use.

CAST is an eight-week programme to equip individuals with the skills to build confidence, assertiveness and self-esteem.

SHARE offers sessions for children and young people where we examine what constitutes healthy relationships.

To find out more or sign up to one of these workshops, please get in touch.
