The Zone

The Zone offers a wide range of information, advice and support services for 13 - 25 year olds.

We offer free and confidential support and advice via our drop in service 6 days a week, supported by our team of volunteers, offering one to one support with housing, sexual health and mental health.

  1. We can offer free and confidential pragmatic support to young people who have been the victim of crime. We also recognise that being the victim of crime can have a long term effect on emotional wellbeing and our specialist counselling service can provide a safe space for you to explore difficult feelings. Our drop in is open Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm or you can contact us by emailing enquiries@thezoneplymouth.co.uk or by calling us on 01752 206626 from 10am.

  3. We offer free and confidential emotional support to young people who have been the victim of domestic abuse, or have witnessed domestic abuse in the home. We can provide help to seek accommodation if required, as well as access to counselling and other specialist services. Our drop in is open Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm or you can contact us by emailing enquiries@thezoneplymouth.co.uk or by calling us on 01752 206626 from 10am.

  4. As part of our sexual health service we offer free and confidential support to young people. Our drop in is open Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm (7pm on Tuesdays) and Saturday between 10.30am - 4pm. The service is delivered by our trained staff in partnership with nurses and doctors from Plymouth Community Healthcare. We offer emergency contraception and access to counselling and on going emotional support. We can also refer to other specialist services if required.

  5. We offer free and confidential support on a one to one basis to young people aged 13 - 25. For support with your housing issues our drop in is open Monday to Friday between 10am - 5pm There's no need to make an appointment.

  6. We offer free, confidential and pragmatic support to young people who have been subject to hate crime. We recognise that being the victim of crime can have a long term effect on emotional wellbeing and our specialist counselling service can provide a safe space for you to explore difficult feelings. We can also put you in touch with other organisations who can offer specialist advice and support. You can drop in Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm or contact us via our website.

  7. The number of young people effected by cyber crime is on the increase and at The Zone we can offer free, confidential and pragmatic support to young people who have been targeted whilst online. We also recognise that being the victim of any crime can have a long term effect on emotional wellbeing and our specialist counselling service can provide a safe space for you to explore difficult feelings.Our drop in is open Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm or you can contact us via our website.

  8. We offer free and confidential support to young people. Our drop in is open Monday to Friday between 12pm - 5pm (7pm on Tuesdays) and Saturday between 10.30am - 4pm.
