If you don’t think you’ve been treated properly by the Victim Care Unit or the police, or if you have a suggestion as to how something could be improved based on your experiences, please let us know.

If you’ve used one of the services on this website that you went to directly, or if you spoke with the Victim Care Unit and they put you in touch with a service, you can give your feedback about that service using our survey form.

  • You can make a complaint about how you’ve been treated by the police on the Devon and Cornwall Police website.
  • To make a complaint about a service you will need to contact that service directly.
