Devon MIND
Plymouth & District MIND are a mental health charity supporting adults (over 18) on their journey to recovery from mental health challenges. We have a range of resources designed to support people to build their emotional resilience and get their lives back on track. We also welcome enquiries from people seeking advice for family members or friends who suffer from poor mental health
We understand that poor mental health is something that can happen to you at any stage in your life and most people who have been a victim of crime will suffer from some form of mental health challenge as a result. We also understand that if you or someone you know has a long term mental health problem, then being a victim of a crime can be detrimental to your recovery.
We work to support emotional and mental well being, challenge stigma and discrimination and empower individuals through positive recovery-focused services and projects.
